1 简单介绍

Beacon Global Technology的新型数据库通讯模块，可以将多种工业协议（OT）转化为数据库协议（IT）进行通讯，最大支持5,000个字节数据交换区。

模块可以提供两个以太网端口，或者两个以太网端口加两个串行端口。可以支持的驱动包括：EtherNet/IP，Modbus TCP，西门子S7以太网，PROFINET，IEC 60870-104以太网等等。两种以太网可以选择设置在同一个网段或者不同网段。

网关同时提供多种串行接口方案可供选择，可以支持的驱动包括Modbus RTU/ASCII，Generic ASCII， DF1， IEC 60870-101，Profibus-DP(即将发布)等。

数据库协议通过以太网方式和数据库完成数据双向交换，可支持MySQL，Microsoft SQL Server, MariaDB数据库支持作为2个client,每个client指令总数最多可达256条。同时还可以通过RESTFUL框架结构和数据库所在服务器建立连接，双向读写数据库信息。

网关可以直接通过网页进行配置和诊断，无需安装任何特殊软件简单方便，同时液晶显示屏可以提供基本的诊断信息。

网关采用独立的DIN导轨安装，还配备了SD卡插槽，帮助实现快速备件更换。所有网关均配置宽输入电源范围（10 – 36 VDC），和扩展级温度范围（-35°C至75°C）

 

2工作模式

1）  SQL指令方式和数据交换数据：可支持的数据类型包括MYSQL，MSSQL SERVER，MariaDB

可支持直接使用SQL指令读写数据库，每个模块支持2个SQL client每个client可配置256条指令, 支持指令包括 select，update，insert，delete，每条指令可针对10列数据进行操作

2）可支持通过文本CSV交换方式读取和写入数据库，可支持的数据类型包括MSSQL SERVER

模块可保存的来自数据库的CSV文件，PLC或者仪表一侧可对该文件数据内容进行查询

模块可保存的来自PLC或者仪表的数据，生成CSV文件，发送给数据库进行处理

3）支持RESTFUL方式和服务器/数据库通讯

模块支持将PLC或者仪表数据，采用XML、Json语言/方式封装，采用HTTP, （ MQTT,OPC UA即将发布）的协议和服务器（数据库）进行通讯

用户定义服务器地址

使能数据封装方式

选择对应执行脚本方式（比如PHP 或者Python）

服务器接收到封装好的数据，按照规定脚本方式进行解包（BEACON提供服务器脚本样例）

用户在服务器上配置的数据库几乎不受限制

4）支持历史数据保存功能

如果现场出现网络中断的情况，模块支持将PLC或者仪表数据在模块内部存储（暂定24个小时，或者更长时间）

待网络恢复之后，上传至用户定义服务器地址
